EOC: Week 1 Great Customer Service

If you want a great meal, a lot to eat that is reasonably priced then go to Texas de Brazil in the Town Square. The atmosphere is great, open tables or private booths with headroom. This is a Brazilian steakhouse and it's more like a buffet. I didn't know what to do at first, and the host or hostess will ask you if you have previously visited before. If you haven't, they will graciously walk you through the procedure in dinning at this establishment. After being escorted to my table, I was then shown the buffet table, which is more like an exotic salad bar. I picked out the greens I wanted to eat and then went back to my table to wait for the selection of various steaks, ribs, barbecue chicken were then brought out on skewers and then cut right before your eyes onto your plate. While I was enjoying the meal, several hosts came up to the table discreetly and asked "Are you enjoying the food?", or "Is the steak OK?", and even "Is everything alright?" This gave me the feeling that they are big on customer service and the concern for their quality of food. I can tell you that the food was great, and the reason being is the obvious effort in making sure that the customer is happy with what they are eating.
